Shielding Foam Gasket

Shield Foam Gaskets consist of conductive fabrics and elastomer sponge. Metalized woven polyester wrapped over foam core. This combination provides superior EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness.

Shielding & Absorbing Gasket

Cconductive sponge foam gasket is uniformly metalplayed complex of three-layer structure with conductive polyurethane foam as its intermediate layer, providing a suitable material for EMI shielding and absorbing gasket.

The foam is characterized by ;
1. Availability various types of thickness
2. Excellent electromagnetic shielding effect
3. High workability for adhesion
4. Easy die cutting, kiss cutting and slitting

 

Conductive Fabrics

Conductive fabric is a metalline, which is played either copper, nickel or a combination of both. The type of metal and density of plating determine the fabrics conductivity.

Conductive fabrics are superior in application where weight and flex>i>bility are important factors and can be cut and assembled by the same methods like normal cloth. Conductive fabrics may be joined to metal or non metal frame ground straps with conductive adhesives and fasteners.

The shielding effectiveness of conductive fabrics are comparable to all other types of materials which are presently used.



 

Conductive Tape

Conductive tapes are combination of conductive sub>s>trate and conductive or non-conductive adhesive. Conductive tapes have been designed to meet an economical shielding for variety of commercial uses.

 

 

EMI Window

EMI Window is a new transparent shielded product to provide maximum optical transmission and shielding effectiveness. It is consist of two layers of transparent acrylic subtrate bonding of conductive wire mesh.

Window materials consist of glass and polycarbonates sub>s>trates. Window can be supplied in a range of thickness, sizes and mesh type designed to offer the best solution for customers' needs. Termination for grounding of windows is between the conductive mesh and the enclosure using a conductive bus method.

 

 

Electromagnetic Wave Absorber

It is a wide-band absorber absorbing, not reflecting, electromagnetic waves, and thin, flexible and machinable. It has excellent insulating property suitable for bonding to circuit panels.
